Eligibility Requirements

Only schools with an active, paid Equipple subscription can make referrals.
Referred schools must be new customers (no prior subscription in the last 12 months).

Limits & Caps

Referral bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value.
A maximum of 10 referral discounts can be earned per annual subscription (that's a lot of potential savings for your school)!
Discounts cannot exceed the subscription renewal cost.
Referral vouchers can only be redeemed in the same currency as the referring school’s subscription. For example, if the referring school pays in GBP (£), only schools in the UK, paying in GBP can redeem the voucher.
In the case of a multi-year contract, the discount will be applied to the first year only.
In the case of a multi-school contract, the discount will be applied to one of the schools only. The school with the largest number of students will be selected to provide the maximum customer discount.

Redemption Conditions

Discounts are applied to renewals, so your school must have an active, paid subscription to benefit from the savings.
If a referred school cancels or does not pay, the discount will not apply.
Multiple discounts from different referrals can be combined, but the order and timing of application will be determined by Equipple.

Fraud & Misuse

Equipple reserves the right to verify the eligibility of referrals.
Discounts will be void if referrals are found to be fraudulent, self-referrals, or part of a coordinated scheme to exploit the programme.
Schools cannot refer themselves, subsidiaries, or schools within the same trust/multi-academy group (however we offer group and MAT discounts, so contact us to discuss the best possible pricing).

Programme Changes

Equipple may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral programme at any time without prior notice, but will honour already-earned discounts before changes take effect.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes about referral eligibility or discount amounts, Equipple’s decision will be final.
