Haven’t found what you are looking for?
We hire in small numbers, so the right person often turns up before the right role does. Tell us what you do and what you would want to own here. When something opens that fits, you will be the first person we call.

Chart a career you couldn't have planned.

Our Mission

We equip teachers to spot what matters, act with speed, and communicate with confidence. That means parents’ meeting scheduling, whole-school and targeted communications, and pupil information pulled into one place — so schools spend less time chasing and more time teaching.

Training & Progression

The route here isn't mapped out in advance. You'll use the strengths you arrive with, then cover ground you've never covered — with a proper induction and training as the role calls for it. Nobody arrives knowing all of it. We hire for judgement and teach the rest.

Our Culture

We are small, direct and quick to decide. You will be trusted with confidential information from your first week and trusted to get on with it without being chased. One thing worth knowing: our year follows the school year. August to October and January to April are our busiest periods, so we ask for as much notice as possible on leave in those months — and we protect the quieter ones in return.

MAP

Make an impact.

Schools and trusts across the UK and Ireland use Equipple to reach families. The systems you build here improve pupil outcomes and demonstrably improve the lives of teachers.

Parent 2

Trusted to perform.

You'll own your remit end to end and work directly with the founders. Decisions get made in the room, and you'll see the impact of your work the same week you do it.

Training Image-2

Work hard, play hard.

Generous paid leave, a Christmas closedown, a company pension, and hybrid working with hours that flex. The detail varies by role; the principle doesn't.

FAQs

How do I apply?

Pick the role above, complete the form and attach your CV. A cover letter is optional. If you send one, tell us which part of the role you would most enjoy owning — that tells us more than a summary of your CV.

What happens after I apply?

We review applications as they arrive rather than waiting for the closing date, so earlier is better. If there is a fit we will arrange a first conversation, then a longer interview with the founders. Either way, we will tell you where you stand.

Do I need to tick every box?

No. We are not expecting deep expertise in every area — nobody has that. We are looking for a capable, organised all-rounder who picks up unfamiliar tools quickly. If you meet most of the essentials, apply.

Can I work remotely?

Our roles are hybrid, based at our Titanic Quarter office in Belfast, with a minimum of two-three days a week in the office (role-dependent). The rest is yours to arrange, and start and finish times flex by agreement.

Do you offer visa sponsorship?

Not at present. You will need the right to work in the UK already in place.

I need an adjustment to the process. What do I do?

Tell us. Email info@equipple.com at any stage and say what would help, and we will make it. It has no bearing on your application.

What happens to the information I send you?

We process your application in line with our recruitment privacy notice, which sets out what we collect, why, who sees it and how long we keep it.
